Actually considering Patreon users got their update at the same time as us (although their version is higher than ours) I think we'll get an update, too...
If my memory is correct the last public release has only Lars' and Gil's day 7. Patreon vers has all of the characters day 7, so Parker Mark and Anders that public doesn't have unless you bought the limited version (was available only last november/december i think) that has all days 7 of the boys.
So MAYBE the public release will include the remaning of days 7 (maybe not the 3 at the same time) and patreon version will have day(s) 8 of "I don't know witch character will be first"
Hope that wasn't too messy of an explanation/hypotesis.
But I downloaded a version of this game that was here in the public with all character's day 7 unlocked, even though I just recently downloaded the game (thank god cause I didnt wanna have to be patient for mark 🥰).
Now that I think about it, maybe it WILL be public, with patreon getting extra. Were definitely getting new expressions for Anders and Parker, as well as a completed drawing of Tora instead of a placeholder (I think). Maybe patreon member will be getting day 8 for one or two characters.

I'm gonna be genuine here, and I don't mean to be rude, but I mean this as genuine criticism to help try and improve the game.
As a game, AC is amazing. It has a level of detail, interactivity, and care put into it very few VNs can match, heck the characters blink for fricks sake!
But where it falls flat in my opinion, is the depth of the characters. I get that there's a bunch of them, and you can only learn so much right off the bat, but the character development is so painfully slow I got bored halfway through my first playthrough and never came back. Pretty much all of the characters feel almost the same - Attractive hunk dude who is sweet when you get to know him but has [Insert negative trait here] at first glance. Don't get me wrong, I like me some hunks, but the relationships with the characters just feel rather... empty. Games like Adastra, Repeat, and FBTW have indepth, complex and diverse characters full of contradictions, with no one good or bad character (Okay maybe Cato, fuck that guy), but After Class really lacks that.
hmm maybe you can DM Andeh for this if you want to help him/them to have a better writing. Many in Discord is also many suggestions so the "Game" and "Writing" have improvement. For the slow development I think you noticed the old sprites is also changed the aetist itself is not robot he can also take a break like us human being. So far the AFCL VN hiatus I think about 5 months and this May 5 AFCL having a huge update(hopefully).
i would go back to play after class this month but i will now wait. I didn’t know about the May update. and yes trainer Gil is hot to fuck and by far the most fun. for those who like games like A.C try A place to call home, very funny and hot too and part 1 of the game is complete 5 hours of reading.

I guess there would be in the future like there should be one when we have a better understanding of the whole story but it's just not implemented atm (or that it's just sth unimportant)
