You could try Tennis Ace, it has a really great story, you can also try out Extracurricular activities, both are tennis based and have multiple routes and both have great stories.
I suggest playing Sileo and Adastra. If you're looking for something government-y and space travel and stuff like that, Adastra might be a good option, though it only has one character that can be dated. On the other hand, Sileo is very good as After Class, only Sileo isn't school-oriented. There are four routes, but two are still unavailable due to the second route being worked on for the meantime.

ANDDDD... Walter's pendant was given to him by Mark twin brother which has already passed away (it is said in the end of Mark ep) that is why Lars says the pendant he has was gave to him by Mark. The misterious person also say to Mark about what happened to his brother was caused by the guy who was arriving to the city in the begining of Mark ep which was Walter in the train ( what problably happened in the past during one of Walter's "multiple personality episodes" which is why he can't remember).
Also every time Walter's mom talk with him on phone she ask: "Who is?" - and Walter respond: "Its me!" then she end asking: "Who is me?" It get clear that Walter have multiple personality issues and his mom ask with whom she is talking at that moment (just like what happens bettwen him and Talbot on Lars day 8 if you chose to go home after talking with Mark at the end of school) and after one of his "episodes" he just can't remember what happened.
After playing Mark ep. and Lars route I'm not sure what to think about Walter.

You probably missed a few because many peeps (including me) has used the guide and Gil kissed Walter at the end. Maybe you failed some QTE like the cooking one and beach training part?
I probably missed a map option somewhere because I had help for the quick time events LOL did love my characters cooking and the beach was a Cakewalk LOL but I have no idea where I was supposed to go to the grocery store exactly to hand him the shopping cart
