Well at least it counts as an additional story if you were to finish Lars' route, which is convenient if you wanted more content and what happened to them after Lars' ending.
So if i spend 3 bucks now and become a patron am i able to play the full special episode of Lars?? Also will the special episode never playable for the public version??

In day 8 of most routes, Lars will move with you and cling to you (if you choose bad choices). Lars in Parker's route acts like a caretaker for you.

Don't know anything about genshin impact but one thing i know about adventure game is you need to grind and lvl up
Try to enjoy the game rather than blindly following the quests, take a few detours when you see chests~
Also try not to focus too much on what characters people say are good or bad, it doesn't really matter early on in the game!
