ever since the return from hiatus it's been the 5th, but the patron update for mark day 8 was delayed until august so the public update is delayed as well.
In the title screen with all the buttons to play the game, in the bottom left corner it has a picture of lars and mark if you click on lars you would go into a mini story that is at lar's perspective. if you continue to go through the story you will find the 2nd CG for lars.
