Based on my understanding on the story, Lars and Gil broke up due to Gil's betrayal to Lars trust (Lars' episode), but later on, Lars understood Gil's motive (to keep Lars safe from the framing incident). Both of them decided to not pursue each other because it would be awkward after Lars beat up Gil (Lars has BAD temperament).
For Mark and Anders (not Andrew), not sure how they broke up, but my guess would be because of Mark's nature (a bit rude, prideful, or simply egoistic). I'm not sure if I forgot something crucial in their backstory, but, that's my only understanding from their routes and their episodes.

I just saw this in Lars’ route about Mark’s brother. At Lars’ dinner, Walter and his father mention Mark’s dead twin BUT, in Mark’s episode he keeps saying that his twin is locked in his room, his father says something similar (in one part he mentions how his twin asked to eat in his room like always). My question is: Why do Edgar and Lars say that Mark’s twin is dead, while Mark and Rai talk about how if he were alive AND WHY DID MARK HEAR SOMEONE’S VOICE IN HIS TWIN’S ROOM? I would say that maybe Mark somehow convinced himself that his twin is still alive and locked in his room because of the trauma of his brother’s death and Rai doesn’t know what to do so he makes Mark continue believing that, but as for the voice, I have no fucking idea! If anyone has any theories on this, let me know. I love hearing theories.
I think what you said could be what happened; it's just his coping mechanism (I remember he even mentioned going to a therapist and even took medicine, so yeah, it's that bad). And about the voice, if I remember it correctly, he did start to accept the truth, and that voice is like a small intrusive side of him that wants to take revenge for what happened to Alex, but who knows, it could be one of those ominous characters we didn't meet yet.
I havent play this in a year and i remember a bathroom scene with Parker in which you "assisted" him. Is there a Parker guide to go back to the scene? Ive played it twice and I dont know what im doing wrong.

From the picture below, his last name is "redacted", but I can somehow see the letter strokes from it and I think it says LEARNARD. Is he from the Learnard family as well?? If so, did he also escape from Ternae, or just being a spy as well, or something else?? Many questions lingered the moment I saw this. UNLESS this is changed or idk?

On Wilfreds personal episode I got to the one time event at Carnations... and I didn't save. TOTALLY MY FAULT BUT NOW IS THERE NO WAY FOR ME TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS??? HELP.
There is actually a way to repeat those one-time events (the glitches I assume). Before doing all these, make sure the app (the VN Game) is closed, otherwise this won't work. Also note that this fix is PC ONLY. I have no idea how for the mobile version.
First, press windows key + R, then type %appdata% then you find RenPy folder, then you should see the Afterclass folder. You will then need to find the file named "persistent" and then delete that. You may close the file explorer after this.
Then, find the main folder of the downloaded game (where the executable game app is located), then head to the game folder > saves folder. Once you're there, you will again need to find the "persistent" file and delete it as well.
After that, you may launch the game again and may now access the One-time event once again! Hope this helps and enjoy 😊

Making a comment because I'm confused about something, if anyone can answer it I would be grateful. I was checking the gallery after finish the Gil route and saw that the third CG had a '2 out of 2 locked' , does this mean I missed something? I know his route has rng and stuff sometimes so I can never know if I just did something wrong/didn't meet the requirements for it :(
I think it's a bug, I found one where if you go to the save section and then to load for some reason it saves the game instead of loading, so I think there are a few bugs.
The fact that I have a personal page with a 36k-word summary of this VN—covering all routes, choices, episodes, glitches, and endings—is insane 💀 Mainly cuz I keep forgetting what happens every time a new update comes out and I have to re-read this from D1 💀 This VN better hurry up and give me the HE with Lars, cuz I’m getting old and cranky.
It's a bit messy and has many inconsistencies since I originally wrote it just for myself. I'm also not sure the dev team would appreciate it since it basically spoils the entire plot of the game.

I was able to complete it as the guide said, but day 12 was very jarring. I'm talking about the "stripper scene", It just seemed very out of character for Lars, even if he was under the influence a bit. I Dunno if its just me, but it was weird to see him go from pretty shy and self-conscious, to overly confident and sexual. Ofc I do still like this game, and majority of Lars's route, but that scene just felt really out of place to me. After that, the route just feels a bit weird to me.
I get what you mean, but I think the writer did that on purpose to show another side of him.
He like that cuz he's drunk—some ppl's personality can flip 180 when they drink.
Also, D12 is actually important. Even though it looks like a fun date, it's literally him opening up about a part of himself to MC—how he used to do "dirty work" just to survive since he was homeless, jobless, and falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit (Lars Ep).
At the beginning, he was alr ashamed in front of MC, like when he camped on someone else's property or volunteered just to get free meals. That's why MC learning more abt him in D12 is like opening a can of worms for him.
So after the date in D12, being in a vulnerable state, you can see how he tries to act normal—awkward and "out of place"—cuz he still working on accepting that past, and he's also afraid that MC might hate him for it. That's also why, if you didn't gain enough points, he will not invite you on a date.
But all of this is just my speculation, so take it however you like.
Yeah! What you're saying makes complete sense, and it does make sense for Lars's character with the foreshadowing provided. After sitting to process for a while it doesn't feel as jarring, most likely because I was playing the route in short timespans.
Why is Walter lowkey scary? Like wanting to push Samuel out the school window to thinking of how to kill the thugs in the alley way. I couldnt reaccess that part though as soon as i scrolled back it disappeared. Its so out of character, are we ever given an explanation for this?
If you read the old version you can see Walter have Two personalities (Therefore Bipolar). As you can see in the video (i'll put link) there's one time event on Lars on day 8. When Talbot cutscenes appear, Walter will being weird and talk to himself such as "Tch, that's so annoying.", when you replay the cutscenes Walter will being normal such as "I'll get going now, take care".Click this video for information

I'm lowkey starting to think that Walter has this "psychopathic" traits (probably him or his alter ego if he really has DID) and I SUSPECT him linked to Mark's brother's death. From Mark's episode, I think that I can confirm that the stalker is Herbert trying to see if Walter would remember anything regarding the incident (since Mark himself stated that the stalker resembled Walter, which is weird since Walter himself was in school when this stalking incident happened).
Additionally, the stalker was trying to convince Mark to avenge his brother's death by saying that the person arriving at the station is the cause of Alex's death (which led me to believe more that this is Herbert since he's Mark's brother's bestfriend).
AAAND, during Waterfront scene with Tora in Parker's route, you will see Walter memory's flashing back where Walter is talking to "Walter" saying that "when are you going to stop lying to yourself when you keep on denying your identity". For this part it got me thinking that Herbert is Walter, and Walter is Herbert so I'm pretty unsure about this. Not to mention Lars stated before that as twins, both Herbert and Walter would try to swap to confuse them, and Lars said it was pretty hard to distinguish who was who compared to the Thornton brothers (This can be found on Lars' route).
There's like so much theory going on with me as to why Walter is SUS and scary at times.
Oh and also, to top it up, Phylice and Edgar basically said Herbert is mostly locking himself in the room which leads me to believe that he is sneaking out to do those stuff.
Now that I've realized how Phylice talks to Walter via phone, I have a theory that Walter really has an alter personality. Because there are times in routes (not all I think), when Walter calls his mom, this is their exchange:
I could be overthinking this, as it could just be Phylice's habit trying to ask the name of the caller everytime. But if I'm right about this, then d*mn. Walter has Dissociative Identity Disorder (Not to mention how this another personality has manifested a lot when he's pissed off)

I'll be honest.I was following Lars's route; everything seemed very well written, and I really love Lars and this type of character.I loved the growing feelings between MC and Lars, seeing their very different personalities come together more and more.Seeing how they care for each other, resolving misunderstandings, despite the many unsaid things and the mysteries of their pasts. I liked to believe that Lars was the most "serious" of the main characters, very mature, the typical gruff guy with a kind heart. By day twelfth, my heart was broken.I wasn't expecting such a drastic change of tone.Suddenly, I found myself in a VN "like so many others," in a cruising bar, with strip dancing, pole dancing, and a Lars I really struggled to recognize compared to the entire narrative surrounding him. I'm an introvert, monogamous, and not inclined to certain dynamics... Certain sensations and contexts make me truly uncomfortable.I was waiting for the moment when their feelings would blossom, imagining different ways it would happen: when they slept together, with a heroic gesture, after an argument, in one of their intimate moments.And instead... It's one thing to have a VN where the narrative revolves 90% around sex, always, with anyone, and from the very beginning. It's another thing to have a story where we have to choose to date just one character as a romantic interest.
And I can overlook this scene, sure, but I'm afraid it's just the beginning. It's happened to me with several VNs: everything starts off deeply and romantic, only to end with darkrooms, group sex, exhibitionism, and so on.
Again, that's fine and I respect it, but since it's not "my thing," I'm afraid to move forward at the moment
I had the same thought and reaction, I specifically chose Lars out of all the options because I saw Lars as the quite-innocent, soft, warm and loving one... I thought After Class would be different than all the other furry VNs that's overly centered around horniness, and don't get me wrong, I still have hope that there will be a redemption arc for Lars' and Walter's relationship, but day 12 was just a jaw dropper for me. Continuing Lars' route will be difficult, honestly, it's going to be like having the constant feeling of post-nut clarity all throughout the route, all because of that specific scene from day 12..
I don't really remember much about what happens after that because I did Lars' route a while ago, but from what I can remember Lars is back to his old self, so I'd say that when they finish Lars' route completely there won't be any polyamory or whatever it's called, at least from what I've seen and I think Lars just did it out of nowhere and I don't think it'll become more... SEX. (That's why my favorite is Marc)
The sudden 180s and different expectations from each character is the beauty behind their development. How they grow and change into someone they want to be is realistic, and it's a callout to the reader by asking them, "Would you still love and accept them for who they are?"
Lars is uninhibited and wild by nature, but he holds himself back to appear socially acceptable in a world that strictly binds behaviours like his. As a result, he does a lot of things that may be uncomfortable to him but he does it out of obligation e.g. Excessively clean, constantly doing kind things for others, suppressing his feelings, and being a Yes Man. The moment he realizes he has a space to let loose and a person who he can trust, he molts his shell once more.
Gil is the slight opposite of this. He's outwardly rambunctious and defiant of social standards, but he has grown to be uptight and reserved due to his upbringing. He's like a mirror, acting the way other people would want him to act. Hence why he often talks about his habit of masking himself and only allowing people to see the most fun and perfect side of him e.g. Acting like Edgar towards Walter, acting as the perfect superstar coach towards his students, acting as the rowdy teenager towards Parker and Lars, and acting as the uncaring sibling/son towards his family. His scenes are amongst the least explicit because he's mirroring Walter's desires: To be the caring, reliable figure that will keep him safe for life.
Both of them have a lot of overlapping themes, but they're more or less aiming for the same thing. The character you knew them as on Day 1 is drastically different by Day 12. If they don't live up to your standards, then that's how most relationships work out.

I loved every interactions I have with him from every possible route (probably not all yet). I guess I'm just downbad for him due to his personality. Please make him date-able. 😔

Making a comment because I'm confused about something, if anyone can answer it I would be grateful. I was checking the gallery after finish the Gil route and saw that the third CG had a '2 out of 2 locked' , does this mean I missed something? I know his route has rng and stuff sometimes so I can never know if I just did something wrong/didn't meet the requirements for it :(
Same here, I was even making sure to follow the walkthrough and still 'got 2 out of 2 locked'.
I think it's a bug, I found one where if you go to the save section and then to load for some reason it saves the game instead of loading, so I think there are a few bugs.

It's a bit messy and has many inconsistencies since I originally wrote it just for myself. I'm also not sure the dev team would appreciate it since it basically spoils the entire plot of the game.

I was able to complete it as the guide said, but day 12 was very jarring. I'm talking about the "stripper scene", It just seemed very out of character for Lars, even if he was under the influence a bit. I Dunno if its just me, but it was weird to see him go from pretty shy and self-conscious, to overly confident and sexual. Ofc I do still like this game, and majority of Lars's route, but that scene just felt really out of place to me. After that, the route just feels a bit weird to me.

I get what you mean, but I think the writer did that on purpose to show another side of him.
He like that cuz he's drunk—some ppl's personality can flip 180 when they drink.
Also, D12 is actually important. Even though it looks like a fun date, it's literally him opening up about a part of himself to MC—how he used to do "dirty work" just to survive since he was homeless, jobless, and falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit (Lars Ep).
At the beginning, he was alr ashamed in front of MC, like when he camped on someone else's property or volunteered just to get free meals. That's why MC learning more abt him in D12 is like opening a can of worms for him.
So after the date in D12, being in a vulnerable state, you can see how he tries to act normal—awkward and "out of place"—cuz he still working on accepting that past, and he's also afraid that MC might hate him for it. That's also why, if you didn't gain enough points, he will not invite you on a date.
But all of this is just my speculation, so take it however you like.
Yeah! What you're saying makes complete sense, and it does make sense for Lars's character with the foreshadowing provided. After sitting to process for a while it doesn't feel as jarring, most likely because I was playing the route in short timespans.
Yeah, I also didn't notice it at first, but after replaying the whole route, it started to make sense in D12

Why is Walter lowkey scary? Like wanting to push Samuel out the school window to thinking of how to kill the thugs in the alley way. I couldnt reaccess that part though as soon as i scrolled back it disappeared. Its so out of character, are we ever given an explanation for this?

If you read the old version you can see Walter have Two personalities (Therefore Bipolar). As you can see in the video (i'll put link) there's one time event on Lars on day 8. When Talbot cutscenes appear, Walter will being weird and talk to himself such as "Tch, that's so annoying.", when you replay the cutscenes Walter will being normal such as "I'll get going now, take care".Click this video for information

I'm lowkey starting to think that Walter has this "psychopathic" traits (probably him or his alter ego if he really has DID) and I SUSPECT him linked to Mark's brother's death. From Mark's episode, I think that I can confirm that the stalker is Herbert trying to see if Walter would remember anything regarding the incident (since Mark himself stated that the stalker resembled Walter, which is weird since Walter himself was in school when this stalking incident happened).
Additionally, the stalker was trying to convince Mark to avenge his brother's death by saying that the person arriving at the station is the cause of Alex's death (which led me to believe more that this is Herbert since he's Mark's brother's bestfriend).
AAAND, during Waterfront scene with Tora in Parker's route, you will see Walter memory's flashing back where Walter is talking to "Walter" saying that "when are you going to stop lying to yourself when you keep on denying your identity". For this part it got me thinking that Herbert is Walter, and Walter is Herbert so I'm pretty unsure about this. Not to mention Lars stated before that as twins, both Herbert and Walter would try to swap to confuse them, and Lars said it was pretty hard to distinguish who was who compared to the Thornton brothers (This can be found on Lars' route).
There's like so much theory going on with me as to why Walter is SUS and scary at times.
Oh and also, to top it up, Phylice and Edgar basically said Herbert is mostly locking himself in the room which leads me to believe that he is sneaking out to do those stuff.

Now that I've realized how Phylice talks to Walter via phone, I have a theory that Walter really has an alter personality. Because there are times in routes (not all I think), when Walter calls his mom, this is their exchange:
Phylice: "Who's this"
Walter: "It's me!"
Phylice: "Who's me?"
and conversation goes on...
I could be overthinking this, as it could just be Phylice's habit trying to ask the name of the caller everytime. But if I'm right about this, then d*mn. Walter has Dissociative Identity Disorder (Not to mention how this another personality has manifested a lot when he's pissed off)

I use a translator, so I hope I'm clear. BIG SPOILER ALERT ABOUT LARS'S ROUT.
I'll be honest. I was following Lars's route; everything seemed very well written, and I really love Lars and this type of character. I loved the growing feelings between MC and Lars, seeing their very different personalities come together more and more. Seeing how they care for each other, resolving misunderstandings, despite the many unsaid things and the mysteries of their pasts. I liked to believe that Lars was the most "serious" of the main characters, very mature, the typical gruff guy with a kind heart. By day twelfth, my heart was broken. I wasn't expecting such a drastic change of tone. Suddenly, I found myself in a VN "like so many others," in a cruising bar, with strip dancing, pole dancing, and a Lars I really struggled to recognize compared to the entire narrative surrounding him. I'm an introvert, monogamous, and not inclined to certain dynamics... Certain sensations and contexts make me truly uncomfortable. I was waiting for the moment when their feelings would blossom, imagining different ways it would happen: when they slept together, with a heroic gesture, after an argument, in one of their intimate moments. And instead... One moment I was with a (young)Daddy who cooked, gardened, and was ashamed to show any emotion. We went from a slow buildup of desire to a lap dance, without declarations, without a kiss (except when he was drunk). I would have expected something like that from Gil, not from Lars. And, maybe I'm exaggerating, but it's happened to me with many VNs: should I expect that from now on everything will be a downward spiral toward nightclubs, polyamory, sex with anyone, sex in public, and all the other content that usually fills VNs? Let me be clear: there's nothing wrong with these things, but they're really not my cup of tea. The premise of this VN was different, so this twist was truly a shock. And I say this as a Lustful Desire player: I found this change of script really out of context. I really wanted to tell Lars I didn't like the idea, and yes, I can do that, but according to the guide, that's not the right answer to give. So my character had to say he was excited about Lars as a stripper. And yes, I know this may sound crazy to many, but I found MC's nightmares more coherent and "reassuring" than this abrupt, out-of-nowhere change from Lars.
It's one thing to have a VN where the narrative revolves 90% around sex, always, with anyone, and from the very beginning. It's another thing to have a story where we have to choose to date just one character as a romantic interest.
And I can overlook this scene, sure, but I'm afraid it's just the beginning. It's happened to me with several VNs: everything starts off deeply and romantic, only to end with darkrooms, group sex, exhibitionism, and so on.
Again, that's fine and I respect it, but since it's not "my thing," I'm afraid to move forward at the moment

I had the same thought and reaction, I specifically chose Lars out of all the options because I saw Lars as the quite-innocent, soft, warm and loving one... I thought After Class would be different than all the other furry VNs that's overly centered around horniness, and don't get me wrong, I still have hope that there will be a redemption arc for Lars' and Walter's relationship, but day 12 was just a jaw dropper for me. Continuing Lars' route will be difficult, honestly, it's going to be like having the constant feeling of post-nut clarity all throughout the route, all because of that specific scene from day 12..
I don't really remember much about what happens after that because I did Lars' route a while ago, but from what I can remember Lars is back to his old self, so I'd say that when they finish Lars' route completely there won't be any polyamory or whatever it's called, at least from what I've seen and I think Lars just did it out of nowhere and I don't think it'll become more... SEX. (That's why my favorite is Marc)
The sudden 180s and different expectations from each character is the beauty behind their development. How they grow and change into someone they want to be is realistic, and it's a callout to the reader by asking them, "Would you still love and accept them for who they are?"
Lars is uninhibited and wild by nature, but he holds himself back to appear socially acceptable in a world that strictly binds behaviours like his. As a result, he does a lot of things that may be uncomfortable to him but he does it out of obligation e.g. Excessively clean, constantly doing kind things for others, suppressing his feelings, and being a Yes Man. The moment he realizes he has a space to let loose and a person who he can trust, he molts his shell once more.
Gil is the slight opposite of this. He's outwardly rambunctious and defiant of social standards, but he has grown to be uptight and reserved due to his upbringing. He's like a mirror, acting the way other people would want him to act. Hence why he often talks about his habit of masking himself and only allowing people to see the most fun and perfect side of him e.g. Acting like Edgar towards Walter, acting as the perfect superstar coach towards his students, acting as the rowdy teenager towards Parker and Lars, and acting as the uncaring sibling/son towards his family. His scenes are amongst the least explicit because he's mirroring Walter's desires: To be the caring, reliable figure that will keep him safe for life.
Both of them have a lot of overlapping themes, but they're more or less aiming for the same thing. The character you knew them as on Day 1 is drastically different by Day 12. If they don't live up to your standards, then that's how most relationships work out.
